Order
You can browse our selection or select a specific product category. You can narrow down your search by using filters.
After adding products to your shopping cart, you can confirm, modify, and complete your purchase. To finalize your purchase, you simply need to enter your shipping and billing addresses and select a payment method.
The purchase process is completed when you click the "Buy" button. A copy of the order is sent to both Gallemar and the email address you provided on the order form.
If you do not receive an email that your order has been received within 24 hours of completion, please contact Gallemar Client Care to confirm that the order was received correctly.
Gallemar will send you the relevant confirmation email as soon as each product is ready for shipment. An order is only confirmed when Gallemar sends the confirmation email to the email address specified on the order form.
According to our Terms of Service, an order cannot be modified or canceled once it has been confirmed/shipped.
However, if you need to cancel your purchase, please contact Gallemar Client Care as soon as possible for further details. If the order has already been shipped, please consider that you may request a return.
For security reasons, we are unable to change the products in your order or the shipping or billing address. If you notice any errors in the provided information, please contact Gallemar Client Care.
Problems may arise, please be sure that our team is working hard to prevent those. If products you ordered are in unshippable condition (such as damaged, out of stock etc.) Gallemar will cancel the order by sending the cancellation email.
Please note: should your order be cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund. This can take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not shipped yet.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders on our website. Simply select your order and the Free Shipping Option will be provided at the checkout.
We ship with UPS and offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- UPS Ground Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location within the US.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Your order will arrive in 2 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air: Your order will be delivered the next business day.
- UPS Ground Shipping for Back-Orders: Your order is expected to be delivered 7 business days. Back-orders require diverse fulfillment methods, hence the delivery date may vary.
Delivery times may vary based on your specific location and the shipping option you choose. If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend selecting the fastest shipping option available.
Please note that the courier cannot deliver to PO boxes or general delivery addresses. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
As the courier might require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day. In the event that nobody is available to sign for the package, our courier will leave a notification and a contact number.
We kindly ask you to place your order before 2pm (EST) on weekdays to receive it the following business day. UPS Next Day Air should be selected by the customer at the checkout. Please note that we are not able to ship your orders on weekends. If the order is placed on a Friday, it will be delivered by UPS the next business day.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including your Tracking ID. You can use your Tracking ID on the carrier's website to get updates. Also, you can always contact Gallemar Client Care to get more information.
Returns
To start a return, please click the profile icon at the upper right corner of the page, or click Customer Account.
1. Please log in to your account:
- Enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- Check an email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in this email.
- Enter this six-digit verification code on Gallemar.com.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If you return request is accepted, our team will provide a complimentary return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns need to be sent to the address on your return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

We have a 14-day free return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a free return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide Order Number to our team.
Please note that if a return request is not due to an error on our part as the seller, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the applicable duty fees and shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch with Gallemar Client Care if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
You can return discounted purchases you made.
While we do not offer exchanges for online orders, we suggest you to place a new order and return unwanted items to us for a full refund.Â
These things can happen. If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact Gallemar Client Care immediately with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting images. For items damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, as carriers will not accept delayed claims. Our team will review your case and assist you further.
If you believe you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact Gallemar Client Care so we can resolve the issue. We kindly ask you to provide as much information as possible upon contact.
Refunds
From the day of return, it can take up to 7 business days for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. All returns are subject to our routine inspection. Please be aware that some items are subject to a mandatory inspection by the brand and can take a few additional days.
You can use your Tracking ID to track your return. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used to place the order and can take up to 10 working days to show in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Tax & Payment
No, sales tax is not included in the product price. The applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location within the US.

The amount for the products you order will be charged according to the selected payment method as soon as the order is successfully completed, after your card details have been verified.

The currency that you will be charged in is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at Checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD at a competitive exchange rate.
Products
Gallemar offers a guarantee on its products for manufacturing defects that emerge during a period of two years from the date of delivery of the purchase.
We expect our customers to report any defects within a reasonable period of time, and, in any case, within two months from the delivery date. All defects related to normal wear and tear are not covered by the guarantee, with the exception of those found and reported at the time of delivery.
Gallemar offers a wide selection of products from the latest TBD Eyewear Collections, and the catalog is regularly updated with new arrivals.
TBD Sunglasses are available in one size, however the measurements differ according to the model. For more information about sizes, you can refer to the Style Advisor and details each product page.
All TBD Eyewear sunglasses are equipped with lenses that guarantee protection from ultraviolet rays. The lenses in fact protect the eyes from UVA and UVB rays up to 400 nanometers.
TBD Eyewear lenses have two filter categories. Category 2 (orange, blue, red lenses) and category 3 (gradient gray, bottle green, tobacco lenses), all with 100% UV protection. All lenses are made in Italy.
Clip-ons are suitable for Welt, Cran and Pleat models. We kindly ask you to check details for each product.
Note: All clip-ons can only be used for certain models. You need to purchase accordingly.
Each pair of TBD Eyewear glasses is handcrafted and with great care. The frame is obtained from a single acetate plate, for this reason the shades may differ slightly for each item, making it unique. The images on the site were made with artificial light conditions that could slightly vary the color range of the product.
