At Gallemar, we have partnered with Fedex® and UPS® to provide our clients with reliable, timely delivery services within the United States. Each purchase is handled with the utmost care to ensure a seamless delivery experience. The following UPS® options are available for our domestic orders:

    Orders from Canada, Europe and "Rest of the World"

    For our clients beyond the regions mentioned above, we have partnered with DHL® and FedEx® to ensure reliable, timely delivery worldwide. Every order is managed with the utmost care, providing a seamless delivery experience. Shipments to these locations will be fulfilled by DHL® or FedEx®, chosen according to prevailing conditions.

    Brand-Fulfilled Orders

    Certain products on Gallemar are shipped directly by the respective brand or manufacturer. To ensure transparency, products fulfilled directly by a brand partner are identified on the relevant product page.

    Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and provided by the brand partners. As fulfillment, handling, and shipping are conducted independently by the brand partner, Gallemar has no control over their operational processes, carrier services, or potential delays.

    Once an order has been confirmed and transmitted to the brand for processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

     

    Gallemar Personal Shopping Orders

    Gallemar Personal Shopping is a bespoke sourcing service. Depending on your location, delivery is handled through one of two distinct methods:

    Important Note for All Orders

    Please be advised that any shipments returned to us due to unpaid duties, refusal by the recipient, incorrect shipping details, or unavailability at the delivery address will have the applicable duty fees, shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Any promotional free shipping offered to the customer does not affect Gallemar's right to recover actual shipping and logistics costs incurred in connection with the order. To ensure a seamless delivery, we kindly recommend verifying your shipping details and checking local customs regulations before placing your order.

    All delivery dates are given in good faith and estimates. At the checkout page, the shipping fee and date will be provided based on your location and the shipping option you choose. Gallemar reserves the right to change the shipping carrier without prior notice when operationally necessary. 

    There might be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions, customs delays, or carrier-related issues. At Gallemar, we take every precaution to minimize these risks and ensure a smooth delivery experience. However, once an order is shipped, we are not able to cancel your order since it is in the hands of our trusted carriers.
