From the menu provided, you can browse our selection or select a specific product category. You can narrow down your search by choosing frame color, lens color and model.
After adding products to your shopping cart, you can confirm, modify, and complete your purchase. To finalize your purchase, you simply need to enter your shipping and billing addresses and select a payment method.
The purchase process is completed when you click the "Buy" button. A copy of the order is sent to both Gallemar and the email address you provided on the order form.
If you do not receive an email that your order has been received within 24 hours of completion, please contact Gallemar Client Care to confirm that the order was received correctly.
Gallemar will send you the relevant confirmation email as soon as each product is ready for shipment. An order is only confirmed when Gallemar sends the confirmation email to the email address specified on the order form.
According to our Terms of Service, an order cannot be modified or canceled once it has been confirmed/shipped.
However, if you need to cancel your purchase, please contact Gallemar Client Care as soon as possible for further details. If the order has already been shipped, please consider that you may request a return following the return instructions.
For security reasons, we are unable to change the products in your order or the shipping or billing address. If you notice any errors in the provided information, please contact Gallemar Client Care.
Note: Due to the permanent nature of customizations made specifically to your request, cancellation of Personalized Products is not possible.
Problems may arise, please be sure that our team is working hard to prevent those. If products you ordered are in unshippable condition (such as damaged, out of stock etc.) Gallemar will cancel the order by sending the cancellation email.
Please note: should your order be cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund. This can take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not shipped yet.
Back-Order
Yes, our Client Care Team will be happy to assist. Please note that delivery dates for out-of-stock products may vary. We expect to deliver these orders in 7 business days after you receive the confirmation. We kindly ask you to contact Gallemar Client Care for more information after you place your order.

We ship with UPS and offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- UPS Ground Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location within the US.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Your order will arrive in 2 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air: Your order will be delivered the next business day.
- UPS Ground Shipping for Back-Orders: Your order is expected to be delivered 7 business days. Back-orders require diverse fulfillment methods, hence the delivery date may vary.
Delivery times may vary based on your specific location and the shipping option you choose. If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend selecting the fastest shipping option available.
Please note that the courier cannot deliver to PO boxes or general delivery addresses. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
As the courier might require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day. In the event that nobody is available to sign for the package, our courier will leave a notification and a contact number.
We kindly ask you to place your order before 3pm (EST) on weekdays to receive it the following business day. UPS Next Day Air should be selected by the customer at the checkout. Please note that we are not able to ship your orders on weekends. If the order is placed on a Friday, it will be delivered by UPS the next business day.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including UPS Tracking ID. You can use your UPS Tracking ID on UPS Website to get updates. Also, you can always contact Gallemar Client Care to get more information.
Tax & Payment
No, sales tax is not included in the product price. The applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location within the US.
